Financial requirements for the high bidder for the building is to deposit $50,000 Bank Cashier’s Check or cash and the balance of the total 15% deposit by personal check at the time of the auction. Balance at settlement.

The personal property that is included with Offering (#2) includes items located in the bar room area, equipment under the bar, and everything in the dining room.

The Liquor License and the kitchen equipment are not included.

The reason the items in the interior view are remaining in the building and not sold separately is to eliminate damage to the REAL ESTATE if they were to be removed from the building.

Offering (#3) Liquor License: Amusement Type & Sunday Sales

Financial requirements for the high bidder of the liquor licenseat the time of the auction is to deposit $25,000 Bank Cashier’s Check or cash and the balance of the high bid in cash or personal check. No business check for the balance.

Offering (#4) Kitchen Equipment:

Financial requirements at the time of the auction is for the high bidder of the kitchen equipment to deposit $7,500 bank Cashier’s Check or cash and the balance of the high by bid by cash or personal check. (No business checks.)


At the conclusion of each round of bidding a 6% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the high bid.

All final high bids are subject to acceptance or rejection.
